RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Monday–Friday: Free classes at BOTH Mill Valley + San Rafael.
Weekends: San Rafael only. (Mill Valley gets a little bananas…you can still pay for classes in Mill Valley.)
Bring your school ID the first time you come. You’ll only need to show it once.
Create your HYR profile BEFORE you come in. Go to any orange Booking Button on our website and follow the prompts to create an account. Don’t actually book a class yet or the system will try to charge you. Just create your profile so there isn’t a line at the studio.
Arrive 15 minutes early. This is important! Classes can fill up, and arriving right at start time may mean you don’t get in.
Mat + Towel rentals are $8, Mat + Towe; rentals are NOT included as part of this promotion.

Since HYR opened our doors in 2021, this has been one of our favorite traditions, your first class (plus a mat and towel!) is on us.
You don’t need to call to confirm, you won’t be able to book your free class online. (That would get a little nuts!)
The only thing we ask so that you can receive this amazing offer is that you arrive 15 minutes early to our Mill Valley or San Rafael studio so we can create your profile, get your waiver signed, and check you in before class begins.
